Error while using “Create Form Task”

Hi guys,

I am getting the same error as mentioned in the link:

error: Create Form Task: Operation returned an invalid status code 'OK

To apply the suggested solution, I am not sure how to find the servicename/tenantname. Any help finding those?My on prem Orchestrator url end with https://uipathorch.companynameDev.co.nz. Also the Orchestrator version is 19.4

I dont think that would apply to on premise installation…

Were you able to resolve this issue? I am running in with same issue for Create Form Task.
