Error while publishing project to Orchestrator

I’m trying to publish my project from the studio to the Orchestrator and see the below error.

Error: System.ApplicationException: Publish of workflow project to Orchestrator failed. Request Entity Too Large

Updated below in IIS and restarted but still get the same error.
maxRequestEntityAllowed = 4294967295
uploadReadAheadSize = 2147483648

Did anyone do something different to fix this issue?
