Error while opening a xaml file : 'HintSize' property has already been set on 'Delay'. Row: 0, Column: 0

Hello All,
I am getting the below error when I try to open the workflow. Also, I am getting the same error if I try to open the .xaml manually as well.
I tried deleting the json file but still its the same.
Kindly help. Thanks in advance!

Do you have any “Delay” activities inside that XAML?

Try this solution here by @asmaa in this post.

Hint size property already set in delay

I fixed it by removing all Delay activities that I took from the Snippets and replace it with the Delay that you set from Activities

Yes, but I am not able to open the xaml itself

Have you tried to open the xaml file from “UiPath Studio > Open > project.json” as well?

Yes, I just tried it and its throwing the below error

Try this solution by @PabloBalmaseda :

Not able to Open Xaml, UiPath displaying "An Internal error has occurred. It is recommended to restart UiPath Studio" error message

I had this error appear as well and I was able to fix it by updating the packages. I also made sure to close out of UiPath Studio after updating and opening the project again.
