Error When Using SAP Logon Activity - Connection Entry Not Found

Issue Description:

This issue can occur when the environment name of SAP on the system is slightly different from the environment name of sap on the remote server.

Resolution:

For the Connection Name, the Name under the Name field in the SAP Logon 760 screen is what should be used in the SAP Logon Activity Connection Name.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Does the SAP Logon 760 screen look as it does in the example below (or similar)? If so, try using the Name under the Name column.
  2. If the SAP Logon 760 screen does not look the same (or similar) as it does in the example above, please reach out to your SAP admin and ask for the connection name.
