This error occurs because UiPath Remote Runtime is required for element-based Citrix automation.

If you cannot install Remote Runtime on the customer’s Citrix server, you can consider Computer Vision, OCR, image-based activities, and keyboard shortcuts as alternatives.

However, these approaches may be less reliable than Remote Runtime. If the client does not allow any component installation, Computer Vision would be the first option I would try.
