Error when browsing the local orchestrator

I installed orchestrator in Local server after successfully completing all the pre requisites. In IIS manager i could see the orchestrator site.

But when i try to browse facing an exception “Cannot acquire database lock on UiPath.Orchestrator.SystemJobs.”

In database setting while installing checked windows authentication mode. Also made sure both in IIS and Web config file everything looks right for windows authentication. Can any help me sort out this issue.

Hi raj,

May I ask how you installed Orchestrator: msi wizard or script

It seems that Orchestrator cannot access the DB due to a missing or mis-configured user.

Here is the answer.

Create a login for the respective app pool.
