Error Tableau Application Scope

Tableau application scope throws index out of range error. But the connection test is passed.

Seems like some value that you are passing is not available during the run time. Can you check this in the debug mode and see if anything is missing?

I did run in debug mode. And seeing the same error as below

Is there anything that you want me to try. Also, have you used the tableau activities and got it working. if so please share some examples/ tutorials that you used to follow.
