Error running a workflow from bat file

Hello everyone,

We’re waiting to setup the orchestrator in our company and in the meantime I wanted to schedule some processes using a bat file.

Unfortunately I’m not able to executed the process using a bat file so I tried directly in cmd and whenever I run the command:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Studio\UiRobot.exe” -file “D:\Users\bot.warsaw\Documents\UiPath\Project\Main.xaml” I get the error:
A local license is required.

How is this possible? Do you need to be connected to the orchestrator in order to run such file?
