When using Google Vision OCR API an error is thrown : "RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: Error performing OCR: Cloud Vision API has not been used in project #### before or it is disabled".

The error is usually thrown when Google Vision API is not enabled. To enable it, check the following documentation .
