@Ferreira Welcome to the community could be that the packages are corrupted… go to this location C:\users\<Username>\.nuget and delete packages folder and reopen the project cheers

i tried and added the lines to the NuGet.config, restarted the UiPath service robot and deleted the packages. Still got the problem

yeah, something is wrong with the UiPath.System.Activities because the robot cant find simple activities like logs and assigns. I tried what you said but no luck. Still the same issue.

@Ferreira As you are on personal machine tyr to turn off the firewall and check if the issue resolves if so some ports or addresses might be blocked and it is causing the issue cheers

but the problem is not on my personal machine, is on the virtual machine and i cant turn off the firewall in the VM because i dont have the permissions since is the machine and VM from my company.
