Error in Orchestrator chaining

  • Have you ever encountered this kind of problem

Please see

Could you please advise what is [AccountName]/[ServiceName] you are referring to.

Hi

welcome to UiPath community

we can get that url when we are in SERVICE tab in orchestrator
that is go to url https://platform.uipath.com and login with common authentication like gmail username and its password or if we have login log in with that
–once after logging go to SERVICE tab and click on the TENANT NAME
from that we can get the URL with combination of accountname and servicename

Still cannot connect. Is this right for [accountName] and [serviceName]?

i hope we are still in service tab page
click on the tenant name in that page, which will take us to a new tab and that url is what we need

Cheers @VolkerHuang

Is this the tenant name you are referring to? It cannot be clicked.

It still doesn’t seem to work…

Kindly check whether the machine name is mentioned in orchestrator same as we have her in this above image
and while creating robot ensure that domain and username is mentioned correctly for that inour machine go to cmd window and type the command as whoami which will give us the domain and username…mention the same while creating the robot in ROBOT tab in orchestrator
–and finally check whether any firewall is blocking the application

cheers @VolkerHuang

I have checked again, all are right, I have a puzzle, is this password the computer boot password?

Your windows login password
@VolkerHuang

    • Thank you very much for your patient reply…
My password is the Windows login password…Very strange, still report the same error…

@Palaniyappan @RobertD I have found the problem, which is caused by the slow speed of the network I am connected to. Cheers.
