Seems pretty straightforward. The user you logged in with doesn’t have access to that folder/file.
I am able to open other project with windows legacy and this is new project (Windows) I created in different machine and trying to open in this server , So not sure why it is. Same user I am using to open the projects. Even It is not allowing to open new project from the server.
Did you check if you can browse to that folder manually and if that file exists?
Yes, It is there.
