Good morning! I have a problem when opening a project that I have it for 4 years back, after the update appeared a message that my project uses windows dependencies, and asked to convert s closed and I project does not open. is there a possibility of deterbing this update?

Please read the message again. It does not ask for migration as it’s not mandatory, it does recommend it. Find more - Deprecation of the Windows-Legacy Compatibility
