Error Encounter when generating data table

Hello everyone. Hope somebody can help me on this.

Need help. I have encountered the following error when doing the generate date table activity.

This is the text file (mod1.txt) which I am using as source for the data table generation.

Try column seperator as “comma” in Generate Datatable

it did not separate correctly by columns
