Error code: 1100; Asset name: DocumentUnderstandingApiKey

Hi, i have a problem with the execution of a model program as part of UiPath academy training. I understand that I can’t access Document understanding, but I can’t find the solution. Can you help me ?

Hi @majAlex ,

I believe that Asset DocumentUnderstandingApiKey is not present in the Current orchestrator folder,

  1. Try creating the asset in orchestrator in a proper Orchestrator folder

If asset is already present,

Try removing the Orchestrator Folder path and It should work if you either leave it blank or put the Correct folder Name in Config.xlsx.

Hi @majAlex

Please create an Asset with name DocumentUnderstandingApiKey and give your DU API key.

For API key, Go to Admin-> Licenses-> Consumables-> Under AI Units you can find DU API Key.

Make sure to connect to same folder where you create the Asset.

Hello and thank you very much for your previous response. I created a asset (see attached image) which bears this name and which has my API key as its value. But it does not work…

Hi @majAlex

Are you getting any errors.

Hi @majAlex ,
I see that Your asset is created in MY Workspace Folder

Kindly check the folder in your studio, at the bottom right of studio

If they are not in same Folder Name kindly create the asset in the respective folder
Or
Change the folder in Studio

Hope it helps you out!

Hi @majAlex

And please make sure you are connected to your workspace folder only you can check that on bottom right hand side.

If possible please share the screenshot of the workflow whole screen.

Thank you for your reply. Indeed in the excel “config” file in the project data folder the name of the folder was not entered. Thanks for your help.
