Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a Document Understanding project in UiPath Studio and need to connect it using the Document Understanding API key. However, when I open my UiPath Orchestrator, I’m not able to see any API key option for Document Understanding.

Could someone please guide me on how to enable Document Understanding or locate the API key in Orchestrator? Do I need to add the Document Understanding service separately or connect my tenant through Automation Cloud to get the key?

Any suggestions or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

@Rajesh_Yeluri go to admin tab>Click in your respective tenant>click on services>on right corner click on “Add services Button”>now click on check box on Document Understanding>Click Add

Followed the steps you have mentioned but still I am not able to see API keys for document understanding under license and robot services

carry same steps but insted of going to your tenent click on organization > click on licences>click on consumable>There you can see Platform Unit (You have to use these API key)

May I know if you are on community plan or free plan…

if free plan then api is not available

you need to create a new org or delete the existing and recreate to get community

@Anil_G Yes I am using free plan. I have another UI path account with personal email in that account I could see API Key for document understanding.

I wanted to create process in my organaisation account only. Can you guide me best possible to do that.

if free plan then only way if you need with same email is to delete the organization would be there in admin page

then recreate again using same email id so that you would be on community again

but you might need to save what you need as all would be deleted
