Error activation offline

Hello, I was trying activating Uipath studio trial on mode offline (my server does not have internet connections) , I sent the request on internet and uipath support sent me an email in which they gave me a code trial. However, When I tried activating manually and page the code it was shown an error.

I don’t know how I can solve this situation. I hope you can help me

Hi Reynaldo,

Could you please try to delete the License folder by navigating to %programdata% → UiPath Folder.
Then try opening Studio and activate.

For manual/offline activation, please follow the steps in the User Guide:

The problem it’s that i don’t have a license key.

Community Edition(when you choose Start free) cannot be activated offline.
