Error 500 Whilst Activating UiPath Studio Community Edition

Hi All,

I have download UiPath Studio Community Edition in my company’s network and whilst trying to activate the free licence I am receiving the following error:

Activation failed with error: 500
Error description: Activation failed! Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists please contact us

I’ve found the Studio log file, and it is stating the following:
Access forbidden

You have browsed from an unrecognized IP address. The proxy therefore denied access to this site or page:

Does anyone know where this error originates from? Is this a firewall issue on my company side where I need to whitelist the activation URL and port or does UiPath need to whitelist our companies network?

I’m also facing the same issue. In my personal laptop license activated successfully but in company laptop it is not activated showing the error as you started.
