Not sure if this is the right location for this… I know there is a location to find Robot License Keys in Orchestrator but, is there a location I can find the number of Enterprise Studio License Keys my organization has?

Yah of course
If uipath is installed in your organisation machine
Then in cmd window
Type this command in sequence so that you will get to know the license details
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Studio\UiPath
regutil.exe get-info
