End Users triggering Unattended bots

Hello. I am trying to find a way that end users can trigger their own UNATTENDED bots similar to the way they do attended bots from the assistant.

Is there a way to trigger unattended processes that run in a virtual environment from assistant tray?

Is there a way for users to login to orchestrator and only have access to running the process and not all of the contents in orchestrator?

Maybe action center can work? Does that require one license per user PLUS an unattended robot license?

Hi @kasey.betts

In UiPath Orchestrator, you can define user roles with specific permissions. You can create a custom role that grants access only to running processes and restricts access to other Orchestrator functionalities. By assigning this role to end users, they will be able to trigger unattended processes without accessing other Orchestrator content.

Regarding licensing, Action Center requires one license per user, and unattended robot licenses are required to execute unattended processes. Each unattended robot license allows for concurrent execution of a single unattended process. Make sure you have the necessary licenses for both users accessing Action Center and running unattended processes.

Thanks!!
