By following the documentation, configured the Communication Mining instance, however, no emails are synced from Exchange to the Communication Mining workspace.
Issue:
configured Communication Mining instance with the Exchange server, however not able to see any emails synced from Exchange to the Communication Mining workspace.
Resolution:
- It is possible to integrate Exchange with UiPath Communications Mining to leverage on emails sent to specified email addresses. See more information about this on the "Exchange Integration " documentation
- During the integration creation process, a storage bucket is created (or use an existing one). This bucket is useful when creating a source that relies on the Exchange integration. Read more about sources, in the "Create a data source " documentation
- If the emails received at the email address are not synced with the Communications Mining workspace, a likely cause
- In order to solve the sync issue, make sure to first have the integration done. Then, delete the source and create a new one, making sure to add the bucket used by the Exchange integration.
