Why is the Communications Mining bucket created with the Exchange Integration not showing up while trying to create a source?
Issue:
Communications Mining bucket created with the Exchange Integration is not showing up in the available buckets while trying to create a source, get below error:
Error fAADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID 'bd70f873-1ab2-4561-898f-8e29098b3081' named 'CAI UIPath O365' is thrown.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the service account has access to the mailboxes that need to be ingested.
