Email Alert Notification is NOT Triggered when Robot Disconnected from Orchestrator

In Orchestrator, i have configured the Mail Settings with host, port, user name and password.
Still once i got the Discoonected Status in Orchestrator from Robots page, I suppose to get the mail Alert.
But i am not getting

Pleae help
