Email address/domain changed

We had been using Microsoft SSO to login to our UiPath Community Edition account; basic authentication is turned off.

Our domain administrators changed our email address domain and we can no longer get into our UiPath account. I tried opening a ticket with UiPath but since this is a community edition account, we aren’t able to open a support request.

Does anyone know how to handle this?

Currently, it is not possible to change the email address associated with a UiPath account.
Therefore, the recommended solution is to create a new account using the new email address. Then, if you have access to the old account, you can invite the new account to the existing organization as an administrator, allowing access to previous resources and settings.
