I need help with changing the email I used to sign up for UIPath. That’s the email in my automation cloud and Studio. Can I change this? I contacted support and they mentioned something about creating a new account and then they will merge the new and old accounts but I haven’t heard anything back and I need to do this urgently. Can anyone help with this?
That’s what I’ve done previously - had 2 accounts merged, telling support which email/username you want to prevail.
As they’ve suggested, create a new account with the email you wish to be on your account, and then advise support of which you want to take precedence.
Support are generally very good with responsiveness and getting these things sorted.

You can invite the other email account to the cloud portal & provide the admin role to that account.
This should do the job I guess.

Yes I guess you can perform that through an API request, If not through UI.
