Edge Chromium extension missing after a few days

I run an unattended robot on a private VM server on the latest 2024.10 version.

Every few days, UiPath edge chromium extension will be missing and the jobs will fail.

I’ll then need to use the studio installer to remove and re-install the extension to get it back.

I can’t be doing this forever and don’t want to be reactive as some jobs are critical to run on time.

Wonder if anyone had this issue and have a solution ?

May be it is an issue from group policies thats y it is getting removed from the extensions list , please refer the below thread for clarity , hope it helps

The issue only occurs on MS Edge, it’s not affecting Google Chrome.

I actually installing the extension from Studio Installer, not sure why its show as Group Policy Offline… I just reinstall as All users… hope this solve the issue.

I would suggest you check with the organization admin for the group policies as mentioned in the UiPath documentation also .
If still you do this , I think after some days it will uninstall automatically .
