I have tried using Start process to open a .msg file as seen in other post. For file name, my parameter is “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE” and my argument is “/f C:\Users\attqsd1\Desktop\Email to extract information from.msg”. The error that pops out is “Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.”
An alternative to my solution was to drag a file from an email to another folder within outlook. Is that possible? However, I still need to open Microsoft Office Outlook. May I know what is causing the error above?
