when file download and save 2,3 files and for other files bot is stop the execution while saving file

You can try retry activity to attch the save as instance to attach then send tyep the file name. you can type folder name also in file name to save on desire location.

You can also make use of the ‘Wait for Download’ activity to make sure the file is fully downloaded before moving to the download of next file.
