Download File Name

Hi All,

I am currently working on a process where a file is downloaded at the start. It is downloaded responses from an E-Form. When the file is downloaded it has the name of (Voucher(1-8) - the number goes up every time a response comes in.

Does anyone know how I can get the robot to change the name of the file once it has been downloaded (without moving the file and going through save as process)?

If you are using a browser you can go to the download settings and tick the box to ask where to save the file upon download - this will let you type in a pathway to store it

Move the file to the same place. Change name of the file in destination property
