Can you explain a little more like what is the sha link? What is the project?
What are you trying to do?
Just reading your question I would answer drop a User App/Browser activity to project, put sha link/url in that activity.

You Can go-ahead use the Open Broswer/ Use App/Broswer Activity to Lunch the Sha1 site and start preform the required action.
