Does manual correction of incorrectly picked up data leads to auto training of the associated ootb model?
If yes, please mention steps on How?
If no, Is there any way to do so?

No! Validation station will not train your model. If you are talking about Document understanding we have two separate scopes for training.
Train Classifier scope and Train Extractor scope.
Out of the box models can be trained?
It depends on the model you are using. UiPath provides trainable and non trainable models.
Trainable you can train further with your data.
