Does Orchestrator check holidays when scheduling?

Scheduled a trigger to run on the 2nd working day of every month. I am wondering if a orchestrator will trigger the job n a worldwide holiday like Christmas or would I need to manually add Christmas to a non-working day CSV and upload the calendar to prevent the job from running on Christmas
