This might be the following issue.

Broken selectors after Chrome/Edge update to version 114.0.1823.37

The latest Chrome and Edge updates (114.0.1823.37) introduced a breaking change to the way support for Active Accessibility is enabled. So, can you check browser version of UR machine and UiAutomation package? Upgrading UiAutomation may solve this matter.
