What is the use of document understanding product in automation cloud. How is it different from ai center in the same? when we use document understanding in the same?

It uses AI and machine learning to understand the content and context of documents, enabling automation of document-heavy processes
AI Center: To deploy, manage, and monitor machine learning models within the Automation Cloud platform. It provides a centralized environment for data scientists and developers to collaborate on building and deploying AI-powered solutions.
If you want to extract the data from invoice / documents then you will use document understanding

DU is a part of AI center. AI center can work without docs also…DU is used specifically for docs related AI flows

so, DU is used if we want to extractor or classify data from documents. on the other hand AI Center is used when we need to extract data from documents with the help of ml models. Am i right?

DU - Uses ML models only …if you go to DU the first step is to select a model…But this can work only on document data and not plain text emails etc
AI center - This is used for non document data as well…like sentimental analysis, text classification or create and upload your own ml model …all of this can be done in AI center
DU is like a part of AI center which is used only for documents specifically where as AI center is used for all kinds of ML models
