I want to install Document Understanding in a company’s workstation for offline with linux installed in it. But when I read the documentation in UiPath, they say download as-installer file. However, when I checked chatGPT, they say you need Enterprise “Automation Suite” license, if you want to use Document Understanding as offline. But in documentation it doesn’t really mention “Automation Suite”. I also saw that if the organization buys that “Automation Suite” license, and access the cloud.UiPath you can see the download file as some kind of offline.bundle.zip. so do you need Automation Suite to fully use as offline setup for Document Understanding?

To use Document Understanding offline, you do need the Enterprise “Automation Suite” license. This license gives you access to the offline.bundle.zip file, which contains all the components needed for an offline setup.
Without the Automation Suite, you can only use Document Understanding in an online setup. Once you have the correct license, you can download the offline bundle from UiPath Orchestrator or Cloud Platform.
In short: Yes, the Automation Suite license is required for offline use of Document Understanding.
