Is there a license additionally required for Document Understanding? At work, we utilize Orchestrator Cloud. However, they claim a license is required when I ask them to provide me the API key.

No need to enable Enterprise edition for document understanding.
If you want to use AI Centre to train the documents and use that ML Skill in your document understanding workflow. Then you have to make sure to enable the Enterprise edition.

If you have enterprise or pro plan for AutoamtionCloud, it’s necessary to purchase AI Unit license.
