Document Understanding - Intelligent Form Extractor - How to extract text spreading across multiple lines

I need to extract small pera of 2-3 lines. Please find below text for example and suggest how I can extract this using the Intelligent form extractor of DU Template

Sample Header for this usecase: The value is in PDF Form. This has fixed format, hence I am using Intelligent Form extractor. But the challenge is I need to extract this paragraph of data without extracting the sample header. I tried custom area but unable to exclude header of this paragraph

Could you let us know when you meant fixed format, does it mean that it will also have the same length of data, number of lines and it will always be there in that fixed point ?

Are you using an anchor for the field value in the Form Extractor ?

Also, the Intelligent Form Extractor is deprecated and the Form Extractor itself includes the Intelligent Form Extractor capabilities.
