Document Understanding field not extracting

I developed one process in Document Understanding. Then i added one more field to taxonomy after that , it extracts text but it not adding that extracted text into excel. I updated taxonomy & Form extractor also , but still not writing that only value into excel. What was the cause?

Can you re check, if that field you created in the taxonomy is correctly mapped in the configuration of form extractor?

There are only two causes to this:

  1. Either the mapping of field isn’t done and saved in workflow.
  2. The Form Extractor isn’t able to identify the value correctly.
