Document Understanding Extraction error

Hi All,

I am working on a DU process , in the extraction step I am getting an error as in screenshot can someone help me on this??

Test the Document Understanding process with different documents to see if the error is specific to a particular document or if it is a more general issue.
Try different ocr like Teseract or UiPath document ocr
Try to downgrade the package and put it in lowest applicable version
or
Try with another approaches like Ml or Regex

Simply it was a error with the document. Upload the other document and try.

After changing the OCR it worked correctly
