Getting error while creating Template in Form Extractor (Document Understanding)

Hi All,

I am trying to extract content from pdf using DU. In Data Extraction Scope I am using Form Extractor to extract the content. So To do this I need to create a template for the document. While configuring the template am facing an error stating that “There was an error processing the document”.
can you please help me resolve this?
