Do I need a document understanding license for RegEx extractor?

Hi all

I want to build some data extraction using RegEx, can I use the Document Understanding framework with the Regex extractor without having to buy a license for Document Understanding like is needed for the Machine Learning extractor ?

Using Regex you don’t need a license.
