Where to add config segment from the Disabling the HTTP Method Override Request document in web.config file?

Issue description:

The Disabling the HTTP Method Override Request document states

"you can disable the X-HTTP-METHOD-OVERRIDE header in the web.config file of your Orchestrator instance, by setting its size limit to 0.

For example, you can add the following in the config file:"

The user must assume where to add config segment to disable the X-HTTP-METHOD-OVERRIDE header in the web.config.

If you add anywhere besides the end of the file, Orchestrator will present a 500 error post IIS reset.

Copy the segment from the Disabling the HTTP Method Override Request document
