Didn't receive certificate after completing UiPath RPA Associate v1.0 Exam

I have completed UiPath UiPath RPA Associate v1.0 Exam on 26th September 2023 and got certified.
My Candidate ID is UIP00198692 .
But I was not able to find my certificate in UiPath - Candidate Login - CertMetrics or in https://credentials.uipath.com/

Its already been one month.

Can anyone help me on how or where can I find my certificate

Thanks for the video .
I have followed your video.
If you check the screenshots I attached , I don’t have option for downloading certificates in both the portals.

Did u check ur mail whether u have received any link to access that credentials

I have checked , but didn’t received any mail from UiPath containing the link to access the credentials

@loginerror Can you help on this issue . I tried to create ticket using Academy ChatBot and it is also not giving correct response.
