hello i recently changed the way my workflow works i am working with dialogflow and UiPath studio, now i think that dialogflow with the activation word ask for 2 data Id and documentype to activate the workflow in the orchestrator which would conclude sending an email to the person who requested it with the document is not a bad idea right? could someone help me what to configure in UiPath, what to configure in dialogflow and what to configure in the orchestrator and especially the webhook to be used. please i am a newbie
I believe its not a webhook but a api to be used…basically in dialog flow create a card for inputs to be taken from user…then use add queue item api in the dialogue flow and send the data to queue in UiPath
Now in UiPath create a process to take the data from queue and perform the task you need and send an email.
Then in orchestrator add a trigger to start the process once a queue item Is added to queue
Cheers
hello thank you for your answer, I don’t need a webhook, I have been using chatgpt and sometimes it goes elsewhere, could you explain it to me in depth and thank you very much again for your answer
May I know what indepth answer you are looking for?
I outlined while of the process needed for it above…and what needs to be created in which piece…may be if you strt doing we can assist if you are stuck anywhere
Cheers
good evening nice to see your kind comment but I already gave up with UiPath is very difficult to do what I want to do at least for me I will opt to use automation anywhere according to artificial intelligences less things are needed greetings hope you and your offspring are blessed postscript mexico does not play well soccer
May be first do a short course on academy.uipath.com to understand basica and then the task you need to do would seem easy as you would understand few details…rather it be any tool the steps remain same…the activities and look and feel differs
Happy Automation
Cheers
I totally understand but I just don’t have time my graduation project is in 2 weeks and I need speed hopefully it will be easier in automation anywhere thank you for taking the time to answer me totally grateful and a thousand apologies for giving up on UiPath sincerely yours truly a desperate IT student
