Desktop was disconnected while performing UI actions

Hi, we have switched access from RDP to Citrix. Since then I get the following error message: Desktop was disconnected while performing UI actions

The activities in the background are still working, only with activities on the surface we get this message.

When the Citrix window is open, the processes run without errors.

For Citrix automation the Ui element has to be visible in the foreground to the robot.
It’s not possible to do as an unattended automation. It will come under attended automation only.

It will throw the exception that Ui element not found if we lock the desktop or come out of the RDP.
