Use Case Description
Use Case Description
Companies are in a crunch when they unauthorize old vendors and are on a hardcode SLA to close the vendor account form all source of application and make sure that the account has been deactivated across. To solve RPA is a great fit as it is able to deactivate deactivated Vendors from all source of application
Problem Statement:
Companies are facing a bit of crunch in real time scenario’s where the vendors are been deactivated and still the vendor who is unauthorize is still able to access the account. This may need to Compliance issue as dummy data or garbage value that are no longer needed are present in the application
User access the UiPath Apps and logs vendor Id and vendor disable date in so that it gets directly added to Queue with Delay to timeframe. This makes it easier for the end-user to schedule the unauthorize vendors last active date. The queue created is directly triggers the bot once delay to timeframe passes and starts deactivating the user account across 7 application.
Once deactivated the bot sends summary report and allows the user to invoke the process on fly and also follow an SLA on the deactivation.
