Date format error when copying and pasting from one .CSV to Excel (date format is modified)

I am trying to copy all the data from a csv. using an Excel Application Scope. This .csv has columns with custom date form (the format is like the following image …)

when I use Range Range, Range Range with Perserver Format, using CTRL + c and CTRL + v and paste it (the data from the .csv) to an Excel file. Some cells of this column modify the data of the cell (but when it is displayed, the format of the cell has not changed. It is the same). And when I use the Perserver the data is shown #######
