Custom Rules Built for Workflow Analyzer not getting reflected

Hi,
I am trying to build a custom rule to use it in Workflow Analyzer.
I referred to the videos

  1. UiPath Workflow Analyzer & Activity Creator: Step-by-step Tutorial - YouTube and
  2. Building A Custom Workflow Analyzer Rule in UiPath - YouTube
    and built the same custom rule.

I copied the .dll file and tried pasting it in the UIPath installed location. I restarted Studio and opened Workflow analyzer settings, My rule didn’t show up.
I tried pasting in these locations

  1. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\UiPath\app-21.4.4\Rules
  2. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\UiPath\app-21.4.4\net461\Rules

Is there any other way to make it work?

is it ensured that the Code project is targeting: .NET Framework version 4.6.1.?
And the Workflow Engine Version is as intended?
