Can't install custom rule for workflow analyzer in Uipath Studio

I followed the instructions detailed in here Building Custom Rules, to install the rules at a global level but I doesnt work, I place the DLL and I even did the nuget package and place them here

, then when I checked workflow analyzer, it didn’t appear there
