Csvデータの突き合わせ

日付と金額をキーとして突き合わせをして、日付と金額の差額を結果に表示させたいです。
どのようにすればいいか教えていただけますでしょうか？
差額はdata2.csvの値からdata1.csvの値を引いたものです.

よろしくお願いします！
